FOR THE SOLICITATION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACTS FOR THE YEAR 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed submissions will be received by the Township Purchasing Agent, or designated representative, for the Township of East Amwell, County of Hunterdon, State of New Jersey on December 12, 2019 12:00P.M. prevailing time, in the Conference Room, Township of East Amwell Municipal Building, 1070 Route 202/31 Ringoes, NJ 08551 then publicly opened and read aloud for the following:

Standardized submission requirements and selection criteria are on file and available through the Qualified Purchasing Agent: Sean P. Canning QPA Scanning@TheCanningGroup.org 973-706-7813, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Addenda will be posted on the Township website.
If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. Seq. This RFP has been advertised in accordance with the “Fair and Open Basis” and nothing further shall be required under the Pay-to-Play Legislation (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.7).
