In compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act, it was noted that this is a regular meeting pursuant to the meeting notice published in the February 19, 2009 issue of the Hunterdon County Democrat.  On December 9, 2009 notice of this meeting was filed in the Township Clerk’s Office, sent to the Hunterdon County Democrat and the agenda was posted on the bulletin board.

• List of auctions of Permanently Preserved Farms sent by SADC listing auctions to be held in February of next year. (copy in this packet)
• Copy of letter (included in this packet) dated November 23 from County Planning Board to Mayor Corboy of West Amwell.  This is the reply to his letter complaining about the CADB policy requiring signed option agreements on Municipal PIG applications.  You will recall that East Amwell also sent a letter last fall citing the same problems with the CADB policy. 
• Preliminary ranking of farms by CADB for this round of funding (included in this packet).   Note that the Thompson Farm is #1 and Zuegner is #7.
