Kat Cannelongo stated she spoke with Cynthia Kronin, from the NJ DOT, who is the head of NJ scenic by-way agency for the State.  Ms. Kronin informed her that the County has jurisdiction of Wertsville Road.  The scenic by-way application must include a detailed explanation of the historical significance of the road as well as letters of support.  Ms. Cannelongo stated she will ask Jim Davidson to work on a detailed narrative for write up in the VIP and the scenic by-way application.  Frances Gavigan stated she will look into obtaining letters of support from the County, Freeholders, Planning Board and Ag Advisory.
