First Presentation Ideas: Kat Cannelongo stated Stephanie Stevens from NJ Cultural Heritage will speak at the upcoming presentation on history of houses. The date for the presentation is scheduled for

Design Awards: Kat Cannelongo stated to date there have been no entries for the Second Annual Preservation & Design Award. The current deadline of

· Documentation is required with more details geared toward a historic restoration approach included in the drawings.
· Public benefits need to be clearly identified; how will the space be used - as a Community Center, museum space, place for exhibits?

Kat Cannelongo stated she will meet with the Mayor and members from the Township Committee to present the issues and discuss funding.
Frances Gavigan stated reallocation of historic funding was discussed at the Freeholder’s meeting she attended. In 2010 local municipality owned buildings are eligible for brick and mortar type grants-this could be used for the Clawson House. Since there is a lot of competition for money, she has requested forms from Kevin Richardson in order to start the work early.
Storage Unit: Kat Cannelongo stated the boxes must be out of the storage unit by May 31st. Members from HPC volunteered to meet on May 13, Wednesday at
