The East Amwell Township Recreation Committee sponsors
various events and activities in the township.

Meetings: First Thursday of the month at 7:15 p.m. in the Municipal Building

Movies Under the Stars
Watch a movie outside after sunset with family, friends, or that “special someone”.  Bring your own refreshments and a blanket or chair. 
This event is free.

Easter Egg Hunt
Bring your own basket to this event for children through 5th grade. Eggs are filled with candy and there are a few special prizes.  There is a special appearance by the Easter bunny for photos.

Holiday Party
Come and celebrate the holidays with other members of the community.  Participants bring a dessert to share and a bird-friendly ornament to decorate the tree.  Also features Christmas and holiday carols and a visit from Santa.
Ho Ho Ho!

Yoga Sessions
Vinyasa yoga sessions are open to all adults (18 and over) and all fitness levels. Participants should bring a towel, yoga mat, and water. Session is hosted by Paula Giardina, PT, DPT.

Winter Basketball
Play in an open basketball program for adults.  Pick-up games go from 7:30pm to 9:30pm on Thursday nights in the East Amwell School gymnasium.

Friday Night Soccer
“No contact” pick-up games for adults and children under the lights at the East Amwell School soccer fields.  This will be available in the fall.

Baseball and Soccer
South County Soccer and Amwell Valley Baseball Leagues are independently run, but sponsored by the East Amwell Recreation Committee.  For more information contact them at their websites listed below.
