New Online Municipal Case Resolution - No Court Appearance Required!
Municipal Court now offers online ticket review to dispute certain moving violations through the Online Municipal Case Resolution System. By having a moving violation reviewed online, it is not necessary to make any court appearance. Simply visit the www.njmcdirect.com and enter your ticket information to see if your offense is eligible, and select the option for Case Dispute.
Eligible traffic tickets will be reviewed by a prosecutor, and you will be notified with his recommendation via email.
Court sessions will now be conducted virtually/remotely to minimize exposure to COVID-19. Accordingly, all complainants, defendants, attorneys, victims are to contact the municipal court via email: jennifer.budrewicz2@njcourts.gov or at 908-782-6855 to provide your full name, e-mail address, and cell phone number as soon as possible so they may schedule you for a virtual court session.
